RETURNS
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept your unused merchandise in its original condition within 30 days, subject to the following conditions:
1) All exchanged items must be in its original condition which means the products cannot be worn, washed, or tampered in any way.
2) When receiving misprinted, damaged, and/or defective custom products, please send us picture proof including your order number.
3) No exchanges will be accepted after 30 days.
4) All refunds are excluding shipping costs .
5) You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Make sure you have a tracking number for the return package - We will not be responsible for any lost package during the return transit.
6) Please contact us prior to shipping your item(s) back and provide us your order number. We will provide you with authorization and an address. Once you received our return authorization, please send the item(s) back to the address provided with the original (or copy) invoice.
Once we receive your return item, we will notify you via email.
Shipping costs will be deducted from your refund once the seller has authorised it. You will receive an e-mail when the refund has been payed.
EXCHANGES
Because items are custom made-to-order, we only process returns (no exchanges). If you need to order new items, please use the size guide on the product page to find your size. Then place a new order before returning any items.
